Since Swede Stefan Rehn became Everton’s first foreign player in 1989, some 67 overseas players from 31 different countries have played for Everton.

Many of their careers have been fleeting, others have been more successful. Joseph Yobo has the most appearances of an overseas player with 240 appearances during his nine-year Goodison career; Anderson Da Silva has the least, with a single two-minute substitute cameo to his name.
